Today I was trying to come up with proportion problems for my students that would interest them, so I was like, “If Hawkeye shoots 40 arrows and 38 of them hit their target, how many will hit if he shoots 20 arrows?” Then I was like, “Well. If Hawkeye shoots 40 arrows, 41 of them will hit the target. But let’s ignore that for right now.”
